A Very Rare Weekend Off

I can't actually remember the last time i was back for the weekend,it doesn't really matter to me to tell you the truth, but i was hoping on getting one in, as one of the fitters in the workshop said to me a few weeks ago if i got back one weekend this month i was to come up to his place for a little lobster dinner and a couple of beers (on the island there a 2 seasons of lobster fishing and the one his mate fishes comes to the end at the of this month) So saturday was all planned out he has a place in the woods (i say place he owns a lot of about 30 acres in which he has built a garage and as soon as he sells his house will be building one on here)The weather was good a few of his mates turned up and a very enjoyable day was had,the lobster was freshly caught that morning and what a difference in taste to the one i had a couple of weeks ago in town, i do believe its also down to how they are cooked, i thought you just through them into hot water but as im not Gordon Ramsey what do i know.
