After our Iowa stop in which it was pretty warm there, off we set next morning West as i mentioned in my previous log, towards Nabraska,what a contrast in weather the whole day was pretty miserable. I had worked out where i wanted to stop in Nabraska leaving me with just under 600 miles to do on my last leg,just Wyoming then into Utah,its wild west country all the way now and what a contrast in scenery as you drive through the various mountains ranges.After the previous days weather we were in for a big treat, sun all the way, so its on with the Ray Bans and hammer down well 65 mph,we must of been the slowest truck on the road the speed limits 75mph and boy they do it.As you drop off the Uinta Mountains theres Salt Lake City down in the Desert it felt rather strange, ive heard about this palce time and time again and now here's me driving into it.Were due at our first delivery 6 am then we head off to Calfornia straight after that for a wednesday morning delivery, but if all goes to Plan i might just do a stop over along the way so fingers crossed it does cause were heading for LAS VEGAS and i think it would be extremely rude for us not to stay there for the night What do you think ?
